Call for Volunteer - Architectural Review Committee - November 8th

The Nottingham Country Fund Board of Directors is currently seeking candidates for the Architectural Review Committee (“ARC Committee”). There is one (1) open position available. The ARC Committee positions are filled by appointment rather than election. Interested candidates are asked to attend the November 10, 2026, Board of Directors meeting to meet the Board and discuss the role of the ARC Committee and Committee Members.
Candidates interested in serving on the ARC Committee should be prepared to:
- Review architectural applications: Evaluate requests for architectural changes or additions to ensure compliance with the association's architectural rules and guidelines.
- Maintain architectural standards: Enforce the architectural standards outlined in the association’s governing documents.
- Provide recommendations to the Board: Review current architectural guidelines and propose updates or changes to the HOA board.
Committee members must be able to review applications objectively, interpret governing documents for compliance, collaborate with fellow committee members, and make unbiased decisions regarding proposed projects.
If you would like to be considered for a position on the ARC Committee, please complete and return the enclosed Candidate Information Form so it is received no later than 5 p.m. November 8, 2026.
