Under the governing documents of Nottingham Country Fund, Inc., the responsibility to maintain the perimeter brick and concrete walls is currently the responsibility of each individual homeowner. Maintenance for the brick wall that lines the hike and bike trail in Kelliwood Estates, Section 5, was taken over by Nottingham Country Fund, Inc. The wall was rebuilt and yearly maintenance completed. The Nottingham Country Fund, Inc. Board of Directors has agreed to take over maintenance of the brick and concrete walls that surround our community. In order to maintain the walls on behalf of each homeowner, the Board must obtain an easement agreement from each homeowner. Over the last several years, the Board of Directors for Nottingham Country Fund, Inc. have been working to obtain these agreements; however, despite repeated efforts, the Board has been unable to obtain the required number of easement agreements.
