The Annual Meeting of Nottingham Country Fund, Inc. homeowners will be held on January 12, 2021 at 6:30 PM CST via Zoom. Due to the pandemic the meeting will be held online via Zoom. All votes will be cast / collected via proxy and there will be no in-person voting. In order to conduct any business a quorum of homeowners (10% or 74 lots) must submit a proxy in advance of the meeting.
